Bayview Painting did a wonderful job on our last project. Complete exterior painting of a multi-million dollar estate in Upper Happy Valley Lafayette. Peter worked very diligently in the prep and research because the home was cedar shingles and had a previous oil coating that if not handled properly the current paint job would fail. They put in the time and the results are immaculate. Peter knows his craft and he and his crew are great to work with. I highly recommend Bayview painting if you want the highest level of quality.

Peter and his crew have been wonderful to work with! They are professional, stand by their work, and most importantly will provide you with the very best quality. Peter is on site daily to oversee the progress of the job, and has been extremely helpful throughout the process- from picking colors, to giving advice on other aspects of our home renovation, he has been a great resource to have, and really knows his stuff! When I took on the task this summer of helping my grandmother update her home of 50 years, I had no idea how much work it was going to take. It seemed like every time we finished one task, there were three new things that needed to done. We had trouble with some contractors not being reliable, etc, so you can imagine my relief when we found Bayview Painting and finally had a solid company we could depend on. We even had a quick deadline to make- we were hosting a pool party at our home and I was leaving town the next day to go back to Colorado. When no one else would even consider taking the job, Peter said he would fit us in between jobs, work some weekends and long days, and have everything except minor touch-ups and details completed by the date we needed. Such a relief!! PLUS when I threw a curveball and said I wanted to do a two-toned paint job instead of a single color, Peter was right on board, even though it added an extra day to the schedule. I will say that at first we were hesitant, because the last time my grandma painted the house many years ago it cost her $3,500 and was done by college students, so we really didn't know what to expect cost-wise, but we knew we wanted it done right. At first we thought the price seemed high, but after asking around we discovered it was actually right in line with what you SHOULD be paying if you want a quality paint job that will last a lifetime. Bottom line is you get what you pay for. Peter ensured us he only uses the very best outdoor paint available (which we verified with others) and of course costs more, and invited us to take a look at some of his current projects before deciding. After my grandma and I went to look at some of the properties, we were sold! It was clear how much pride they take in their work, and the attention to detail was outstanding. After looking at Peter's houses and seeing how crisp and clean their paint lines were, I quickly started noticing at other houses how not crisp and clean other paint jobs were. My grandma was so impressed with how hardworking the painters were, and how much effort went into the prep work. Long story short, it was worth every penny, and my grandma and I are so pleased with how the house turned out! The house was originally mint green and in serious need of a more modern look. We can't wait to have Bayview Painting do the interior this fall, because we know they will do it right!

Bayview Painting did a spectacular job on my huge and complicated project which involved painting a cracked integral color stucco house, as well as dry rot repair/painting of the wood frames of 112 windows. The quality of all the materials and workmanship was exquisite and the painters and carpenters were all very careful, thoughtful and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Peter, the owner, is a gem. He is always available, alway on it, detail oriented, very knowledgeable, and about the nicest guy you could ever meet.

I will definitely hire this company again for my upcoming interior painting job.

Peter Dewey and his team painted our home this Summer (2016). Our home hadn't been painted in almost 25 years and needed a lot of extra TLC. We got several bids and based on talking to other clients of Peter's we decided to go with his Bayview Painting bid. And even though his bid to paint our home was the highest.... We got much more than we ever expected!! Peter & his team did an amazing, amazing job!! On top of showing up on time, cleaning up and working solidly through the day, they were professional & respectful. But even more importantly, the work they did on the house was fantastic! We know they touched EVERY, piece of wood and EVERY stucco crack on the house. Peter used the best products and really understood what it took to get a job like our house done. Great service, just like the good old days. I called Bayview and spoke to Peter to get an estimate to have a apartment painted at the Senior Living Community I work at. He arranged a time to meet and was on time. He was very specific about the start to finish process and confirmed everything with me. I received the proposal the same day which impressed me and we approved it. I explained to him we had a quick move-in in the near future for this apartment and he adjusted his schedule to meet our needs.The day his crew arrived they were very respectful and professional which is a big deal to me cause I'm Italian. Peter Dewey of Bayview Painting did some interior work for us and also painted the exterior of our house. In both cases he and his assistant did excellent work. Tis is the only painting company I would consider. He may not be the cheapest, but he is worth every penny and then some.

Peter with Bayview Painting was fantastic to work with getting our house ready for sale. His team was able to complete a big job in a week. They did so much more than painting. They power washed all our fencing and outdoor areas so that they look like new. They fixed door handles and a broken drawer as well as our garage door opener. I thought I needed to buy new double front doors, but Peter assured us he could paint them and make them look fantastic. He did exactly what he said. The price was very reasonable for the amount that was done. My family especially appreciates the responsiveness and attention to detail. I will recommend this company to any friend looking for painters.
